Our spectacular villa style shared home with over 2,500 sqft, offers up to 4 guests 2 fully private bedrooms (includes master suite) and 2 fully private bathrooms. The house sits on a beautiful oasis like 1/2 acre tropical setting featuring a variety of tropical flora & fruit trees including avocado, mango, peach, guava, coconut, banana, papaya, orange, lemon, lime, dragon fruit, & more! When in season, guests are welcome to pick & eat fresh fruits on premise.
Our SHARED home comes with a heated (clothing optional) private pool.
For Guest use only we are offering the exclusive use of our home’s ENTIRE private 2nd floor consisting of:
— For 2 guests: One fully private en-suite master bedroom with Olympic Queen Bed (larger than a traditional queen bed), walk-in closet, wall mounted flat screen television, mini refrigerator, walk-in shower, toilet with bidet attachment & direct access to private deck. OR One fully private guest bedroom with two Twin Beds (convertible to One King Bed), flat screen television & private guest bathroom with direct access to private deck.
(both baths feature bidet attachments for our foreign guests)
— For up to 4 guests: Both the en-suite master bedroom suite with Olympic Queen Bed and the fully private guest bedroom with two Twin Beds (convertible to One King Bed), flat screen television & private guest bathroom with direct access to private deck as described above.

— For all guests we offer SHARED use of 1st floor living & dining rooms, kitchen, huge outdoor built-in barbecue grill, pool deck, lounge chairs, outdoor shower & heated private (clothing optional) swimming pool with spa.
Our private back yard offers plenty of space to dine poolside under umbrella covered tables for an evening at home grilling dinner and a relaxing swim in the heated pool or soak the jet spa all within our private tropical oasis.

Located in an intimate community at the edge of the beautiful Everglades National Park and was voted “Best Place” to watch the sunset by the Sun Sentinel.

Guests are required to show a photo identification & proof of vaccine status upon Check-in.
*Late Check-out & Early or Late Check-in Requests are Subject to Availability and, if Granted, Additional Charges May Apply.
*Upon Check-In Your Party Will Receive One House key Plus Either One Master Bedroom Key &/or One Bedroom Two Key. Please Return Them Upon Check-in. Please note:
- Lost House Key Replacement Fee is $50.
- Lost Room Key Replacement Fee is $25.
*Also Upon Check-In Your Party Will Receive Either One Master Bedroom Television Remote Control &/or One Bedroom Two Television Remote Control. Please Return Them Upon Check-out.

CARDINAL SIN RULES
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house or on the property.
- Illegal drug possession and/or use is prohibited anywhere inside the house or on the property.
- Excessive Use of Alcohol resulting in inebriation will Not be Tolerated.
- Parties of Any Kind are not allowed.
- Visitors are not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property.
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am must be observed.
- Food of any kind is not permitted in the bedrooms.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

COMMON SENSE BUT EQUALLY IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
- Do Not Lay Wet Clothes, Towels, Bathing Suits or Any Wet Items on the Wood Floors.
- Coasters must be used under Beverages on all Wood Surfaces.
- Please Remove Shoes upon entry to house.
- The Front Entry Door Must be Locked After Exiting or Re-entering the House.
- The 2nd Floor Deck Doors Must be Kept Closed at All Times - Day & Night.
- Please Keep Your Car & Room Doors Locked at All Times. Your Hosts are Not Responsible for Loss of, or Damage too, Personal Items. J
- When Using the Iron Please Use Responsibly & Unplug After Use.
- After Using the Kitchen Please Wash All Dishes, Glassware, Utensils & Pots or Pans Used in the Preparation, Service & Enjoyment of Your Meal.
- Please Clean Dining Areas After Use.
- When Full Please Empty the Trash Bin in Your Room &/or Bathroom or Ask for Assistance to do so.
- Please Return Roof Deck &/or Pool Deck Umbrella to Its Down/Lowered Position After Use. If you need help raising or lowering an umbrella ask for assistance.

Failure to abide by the House Rules will result in Expulsion & Forfeiture of Rental Fees & Security Deposit.

We offer Free WiFi, Free Ultra HD Netflix, Free Parking & Free Morning Coffee, Tea, Espresso, Hot Chocolate, Oatmeal, Grits, Breakfast Bars & Pop Tarts. We also offer Free use of Beach Towels & Blanket, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella & Travel Cooler plus exercise equipment including pool dumbbell hand weights, yoga mats, chin-up & workout weighted bars, & balance & fitness/weight balls & resistance bands.

Optional services for additional fees are available including:
